SCHEDULED TASK
You will need administrative privileges to set up a scheduled task.
Typically clients will schedule LiveSync to run once a day, every day, usually outside of business hours, for example, between 9PM to Midnight
In the Properties of the scheduled task: Make sure that both 'Run whether user is logged on or not' and 'Run with highest privileges' are selected
On the Triggers tab make sure to add the Trigger to schedule the task
On the Actions tab specify the LiveSync program to be run - click EDIT to enter the program script and make sure to add the argument /RUN to have it run in silent mode otherwise it will just pop up the PowerSchool Configuration screen and wait for a user response
